About Mindful Counseling, PLLC
As a licensed clinical social worker (LICSW/LCSW) providing remote therapy in Washington and Oregon, I bring warmth, authenticity, and evidence-based expertise to my therapeutic practice. My approach combines person-centered therapy with mindfulness-based counseling, allowing me to meet each client exactly where they are in their journey. I specialize in working with adults and elderly individuals, helping them navigate through depression, anxiety, grief, and various mental health challenges.
I believe in the power of compassionate, solution-focused therapy that empowers clients to discover their inner strength and resilience. Using techniques such as motivational interviewing, cognitive processing therapy (CPT), and mindfulness practices, I help clients develop practical tools for managing both emotional and physical pain while working toward meaningful personal growth and development.
My practice is built on creating a safe, judgment-free space where clients feel genuinely heard and understood, whether you're navigating life transitions, processing grief, managing depression, anxiety, or seeking personal growth.
Let's work together to create the meaningful transformation you're seeking. Your story matters, and I'm here to listen with compassion and support you in achieving your goals.
